All app design, branding, content structure, and functionality of Spotly are owned by us unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Use the App for unlawful or commercial exploitation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Spotly is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free performance

  • Accuracy of third-party location data

  • Uninterrupted navigation services

Use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotly and its developers shall not be liable for:

  • Travel delays

  • Accidents or damages resulting from map usage

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You are responsible for verifying directions and driving safely.

You may stop using the App at any time.
